The operating reality

One portrait every 8.64 seconds, on average.

To reach 10,000 within 24 continuous hours, every hand-off matters: registration, consent, queue movement, lighting, capture, file naming, evidence and backups.

Campaign materials propose combining the portraits into a large-scale collage for display at Calgary International Airport (YYC). That display remains a proposal until the venue partnership and final presentation plan are confirmed.

6.94portraits per minute

Evidence architecture

Designed for verification from the beginning.

Participant record

Unique ID, consent status, time band, check-in and portrait-file reference.

Continuous evidence

Fixed-camera coverage, redundant recording, independent witnesses and time logs, subject to the official rules.

Controlled result

Live public counts will be labelled provisional until evidence is checked and officially reviewed.

Important

Project25 is preparing an attempt. The site does not claim the record has been achieved. Final recognition, if any, will depend on Guinness World Records reviewing the submitted evidence against the applicable guidelines.
