The challenge
The camera is only one part of the undertaking. The attempt needs a safe venue, registration technology, evidence systems, crowd movement, volunteer care, production redundancy and a city ready to show up.

Memory may change.
Personhood does not.
Why it matters
Project25 grew from two deeply personal experiences: the sudden loss of Samuel’s mother and his ongoing role caring for his father, who is living with Alzheimer’s disease. The record is the vehicle; the wider conversation about memory, dignity and caregiving is the purpose.
